Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Justine Clenquet pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they are defective.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Justine Clenquet branded packaging and secure them in a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our studio in France, ensuring you keep your proof of postage.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our workshop inspects and approves the condition of the returned jewelry, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
